Next Step EGD and Nutritionist Appointment

 I go this Wednesday for my EGD and first nutritionist appointment.  I am so excited yet a little scared they will find a medical reason I am not a candidate for surgery.  I guess its the part of my that always sees myself as the "fat momma".  I am wondering for those who have gotten close or have reached goal if they ever look in the mirror and still see their "fat" self.  I am really worried I will always see myself in the negative image since it has been well over 10 years since I was at a healthy size.
