Happy Shopping (post surgery of course) :O)

First Happy Shopping Day

  This is the first day that I have shopped and felt wow, this does not suck that bad. :O)  I bought a kinda hoochie shirt that I would not normally wear but when my best friend lost weight this year she bought one as well (she spent more) hugs E.  She looked younger and happier in this shirt, is this possible?  Well apparently it is.  Although I have had a few specific friends that have not supported my idea to have surgery I don't regret it a day.  As of today I have now lost 69 since this time last year.  This is wonderful whether I cheated as some would call it, or made the biggest change of my life.  I feel great and I am so happy.  I hope to be a motivation for others and I am already getting phone calls or questions for my phone number because others are curious as to my journey thus far.  I plan on blogging more about testing and such along with more details of this journey to help others.

Oh and my recent post about being nervous it's apparent I over reacted.  The Dr was proud of me, the only complaint was that I was not going to support groups.  He was disapointed since he pointed out that I was the person that asked if he left the area would the group still be here, he remember my one comment word for word from when we first met.  Most Drs can't do this, I told him to get me a shirt with his ad as I am a walking billboard.

Here was my results at my appointment December 17th 2010:

Okay so presurgery 234. One month post op 207. Three months post op 192.9. Total weight loss since surgery is 41.1. Since January 2010 is 63.1/ 52.9 left to go!


I have already lost more since that appointment.  Life is great, never be afraid to fall otherwise you may never jump.
