Six months post op

Today it's been 6 months and 5 days since my RNY. A lot has happened during that time, good and bad, but I made it!My eating and getting enough protein is still a challenge, but getting better every day.
This morning my scale read 137! My RNY surgery weight was 217. I have been as high as 250. I've lost over 100 pounds since then. Unbelievable!
I give all the praise to God, who each day strengthens me for this journey.
