Half way there...hopefully

Well I went to my 3rd doctor's visit last week.  I've got 3 more to go!   I'm half way there!
Everytime I've gone to my appointments though, I've gained more weight!
I know it's because I wasn't following my diet and exercise regime during the holidays...why?...cuz I love food!!!  It's so frustrating!

I am finally getting serious this week about counting my calories and exercising.  So keep me in your prayers cuz boy, I need them!
