Wow what A journey!!

Ok So far this has been A tough but good journey. Lots of changes so fast, I still have lots of fears, but I am over comming them fast. My breathing has improved so much. I can Move so much easier. I feel better overall. My greatest fear is about having to be laid up for 3mos while my back heals from back surgery!!! As if having back surgery isn't scary enough... But The good part is after my back heals I will be able to go to town exercising like crazy... I still have a long way to go but its only been just about 4 mos since having gastric bypass.. So I will have to say I am very proud of myself. Learning new foods has been tough but also fun in it's own way! I am so thankful for all of my family and friends that support me!! The support really helps.. So At all most 4 mos I am down 91 lbs now that is awesome i think woo hoo!!
