August 28th, 2010- It's been awhile

I have had so much happen since my journey began all those years ago and I found that I ended up putting myself and my needs on the back burner. I went on August 13th to get a 1/2 cc fill and have lost 4 lbs after not having a fill for 2 years. The one good thing though is in the 2 years that I didn't have any fills I managed to lose 8 lbs. I am going back on september 17th for another fill because I do feel as though I need one. I've been trying to get my walking in everyday and I'm averaging 2 miles using toning shoes and hand weights and I can feel it big difference already.
