I went to have an adjustment on friday and had lost 8 lbs since the last visit 4 weeks earlier so I was very happy with that...I've been trying to log all of my food intake so that I can be accountable for what I'm putting in my mouth...I talked the nurse practioner that give the adjustments to give me just a "tweak" @ .10cc in 4cc band and that seems to be just right...I had a rough weekend because I received my monthly bill and it's been a doozy but thinks are looking brighter today and I'm getting back on track!
