Good day, good month.... great year

As I come up on my birthday - July 15th - I realize that I am over 80 pounds lost since my last one.  I might even hit 90 by next week!!  It's been such an incredible journey.  Not just with my weight and my health - it just seems to be my year!  Work is going well, my career is progressing.  I got a puppy that I adore.  My health is incredible - I'm on no meds (but for vitamins and supplements), I'm the lightest I've been in 10 years, my lowest adult weight.

I'm just incredibly happy, incredibly blessed.... just incredibly everything.
