 Solid Foods

 

I’m still trying to get the hang of things with solid foods I picked up something’s from the supermarket listed below

This is kind of the things I will eat in a week the only thing that might be a problem is that I don’t measure or weight my food I try to eat 3 or 4 times a day and when I get full I stop I’m not sure if this is good or bad but that’s what I have been doing. 

Also I have a bad habit in my mind when I was on Atkins diet makes me afraid to eat crabs so I try to stay away from them my NUT however wants me to add good crabs into my diet but I just keep away I don’t want to get in the habit for eating bread all the time also I have been keeping away from fruits and vegetables

Does anyone have any ideas for me or any other foods you might recommend for me to try?
