the wait begins

so i just had my last dietician appt on tuesday. now the wait is on for the insurance approval. i still haven't met the goal weight my surgeon wants...still need to lose about 10 pounds. i'm kind of frustrated with that. i keep thinking, sheesh...if i could lose 15 pounds on my own, i probably don't need the damn surgery! i don't know why i'm finding it so hard to lose this weight pre-op. i started on a low carb diet, the pre-op diet the surgeon puts you on before surgery, so maybe this will work. after 6 months of waiting.. i feel like this is never gonna happen.
