Whats up with that? - ok, so why is it, that my first set (same speed, same grade same number of minutes) I only burned 94 minutes, second set 200 minutes.

Please Explain METS to me.....the records on here - So we got a treadmill and I am going 2.4 mph, it has about a %3 grade....the closest thing I could find on the MET list is this. It either has 2.4 and counts it as slow to moderate...
