Went to my dr appointment yesterday afternoon. Down another 9 pounds and still no fill. That's a good thing....right? lolI know it is....I'm still losing weight at a steady rate, a healthy rate. I've only had 2 fills and still having success. Now the only problem, I'm struggling with hunger. I'm able to eat a fairly good amount of food, but shouldn't and am fighting both real hunger pangs and the head games that come with being a life long dieter.
My dr. prescribed phentramine, so I may start taking that....my insurance doesn't cover it, so we'll see how expensive it ends up being....
So, for now....I try and bask in my success, eat smart, exercise as time allows and keep on keeping on......
