Excruciating shoulder pain, post Vsg...

Gas pain... I had my sleeve on 4/21 and it feels great... But I cannot move my right arm due to excruciating pain... They are saying its gas! Any help? Has anyone else experienced this... I was totally mobile in the hospital, and now I'm a wreck! HELP!
