Anyone have urinary retention - 3 days post-op? - Getting 50 oz of fluid in each day, no meds at all and walking as much as I can.  Any suggestions on how to release this fluid? 

Has anyone recently had VSG with Dr. Mark Pleatman - If you have recently had your surgery by Dr. Pleatman please share your experience.  Surgery is coming up this week and just want to know what to expect.  Thanks! 

Any suggestion on male vitamin intake? - Are VSG males required to take the same vitamins as women? What about iron? How much of each? Confused. Thanks.
