First fill in over 2 years

 I actually don't remember the last time had a fill.  It was at least 2 years ago... Could have been closer to three. I went for a fill and got .50 ccs added to my band.  I am on clear liquids for 2 days, then full liquids for 2 then mashies for 2 then I'll be following the bandster diet recommended by my Dr.  

I am soooooo happy for he fill.  I am hoping to drop 30-40 (ultimately).

Life is good.  My band is a great tool to help me lose.  

I will be posting my progress...this is going to be a tough 2 weeks between company arriving in 2 days, a party Saturday not and travel the following weekend (5 days up north)


I am very happy with my Dr and his staff. The nurse is outstanding and quite through.  She also had WLS and looks really good.
