Hi all! Well I am 35 year old mother of 4, and happily married! I started my journey on Sept. 24, when I went to my consulation appt. I have already gone to a few seminars and support groups as well doing all my own research! I have already done the pysch appt, and the nutruitionist had a sleep test done on Oct. 5 and on Oct 7th my dr. put in for the approval from my insurance co. I am soooo nervous now, its SO close!! I have to lose 10 lbs before my surgery, i have already lost 4 lbs...but i keep getting nervous thinking i won't do it...I think its just that part of me that thinks "everything else i have tried doesn't work..." Anyway I hope to meet some new friends on here, to help with the support and cheering eachother on thing =)
