Today I JOGGED 1.31 miles in 18min 55sec NON STOP! Last time I jogged/walked a mile was in High School for the fitness test and I think I did it in 20mins. My boss lent me his gps wrist watch and it measured and timed me at a 14 min mile WOOTI never knew how far my little walk around the neighborhood at work was until today, I assumed it was about 1 mile but did not realize that it was just a tad over. So I figure so long as I can get those blocks and add a little more each time I get out there, come October I should be able to do the 5K without stopping to walk. SO excited. Now all I have to do is get back on the gym bandwagon at least 3 times a week, it's harder than it sounds with working full time, going to school 3 days a week, homework and homelife. I'm trying. NO MORE EXCUSES!!!!
