Hey Jeff I just saw you have lost over 60lbs. That is awsome. Hope you are feeling well. Your family has to be so proud. You probably don't feel that bad cutting grass this year. I just watched your video you have posted. I can't wait for my girls, both 10, to wake up so they can watch it. It is so true. Thanks for sharing and keep up the GREAT WORK. Good Luck Jeff!!!!I know you are scared and excited. I know you have heard this over and over. I would do it again in a heart beat. Dr Tom has saved my life. I truely believe that. I am almost 30 months post op. The food addiction, stress eating what ever is still there. This is just a wonderful tool that makes life a little more normal and living a lot healthier. It gives us the chance to make good choices and lets us be sick if we make the bad choices. You can do this. Good Luck Jane Cahill 311 highest weight recorded, but I know it was higher, the day of surgery 296 today I weigh 167

Monday is your day! Just remember you are on the journey of a lifetime. Try to enjoy every minute. It may sound weird now, but know that you are cared for and prayed for here, and all too soon this will be but a memory and you will be an inspiration to someone else. I am waiting for you on the losers' bench! ~JudyAnne~

Jeff, Have the Greatest Ever on the 31st!! It’s good to see more guys out here on Obesity Help. We make up a small minority of the people having Weight Loss Surgery, but tend to lose down quicker and with fewer hassles than the women due to Male Physiology. Drop by the "Men's Message Board" at- http://www.obesityhelp.com/forums/men/ -to see how other Guys are doing with their surgeries. A lot of info and advice specifically tailored to Men. I’m just dropping by to let you know that there’s a huge crowd of strangers out here pulling for you and keeping you in our prayers. May you have a famously successful surgery and a record-breaking recovery! Be nice to the nurses, Enjoy the drugs when you can, and most importantly, hurry home and start walking away from those pounds and into a new Life! Best Wishes-
