My surgery date is slowly but surely getting here! I am so ready to go through with this and begin my new journey through life. I feel like I am wishing my summer away by impatiently waiting on the surgery! I cannot wait to lose this weight that has been holding me back for most of my life. I truly believe that I am physically and emotionally ready for this surgery. I have yet to have any thoughts of backing out or being scared. But...the surgery is not here yet. I may start having those thoughts as I get close to my surgery. (I hope not)

I am down a total of 29lbs from my highest weight. I am so excited!! I have finally set MY goal for this surgery. The weight that I have set for my self is 170lbs. I truly believe that I will be able to achieve this. The lowest I ever got was to 190lbs and that was back in 2005 while I was on the Atkins diet. I am so ready to start going through all my old clothes that will be able to fit me again!
