I reached my goal!  102 lbs. down.  Currently 167 lbs. Size 12-ish. 

I lost 2 lbs, finally got into that size 12 skirt, WE WON OUR GAME 196-63!! And I played most of it without being winded!  Got to meet Josh and his family at my game, shopped a whole bunch and just had a really great weekend!  Wish I could live those days everyday... Good Stuff :-)

Finally made it to see the doc today.  After much stressing over my lacking on keeping up on my vitamins, I am happy to report that my levels were fine (with the exception of my b1 being a bit low.... he said nothing to worry about though) BMI is 29%!! AND! he gave me the go ahead to consult with the plastic surgeon!! I told him I wanted to drop 15 more lbs...  He said my desired tummy tuck would get rid of 13 lbs and put me at a normal bmi!  Im very excited :-D

My team took 1st place of 10 in the Dustbowl Invitational Tourney in Bakerfield CA.  I am so honored to be a part of this!

Scait Riot and Knuckles$s DeVille

So............... Today is day four of my pouch test and I'm on ground proteins.  I feel great.  Definitely feel like my carb cycle has been BROKEN! and my pouch is holding less food.  However!  I am not going to weigh myself until the whole thing is complete :-)

Okay lets see if this works...... Day one of the pouch test I weigh 184 lbs.  So far I have had water and am going to crack open a protein shake right about....... now :-)

So as many of you know, I play roller derby.  This weekend we traveled out to bakersfield for a tournament and we had played some of the 10 teams that were going to be there.  Some of these girls I have not seen since before my surgery.  My major wow was when I skated passed another teams tent and I heard girls screaming "Knuckles you skinny b*tch!   Get over here".  It took a minute to realize that they were talking to me.  It was a socal team that I had not seen since march of last year.  I never would of even thought that they would of remembered me.  Girls from our neighboring team were coming over and telling me how great I looked on the track and how they can see how much my game has picked up.  It was an awesome feeling.
