I NEED TO LOSE THIS LAST 17 POUNDS!!! AHHHHGGGGRRRRGHHHHH!!!!!  Im hella agro over it.  Any suggestions????

i really love being the same size as most of my other teammates.  im still around 183 ish and the scale is moving supppper slow.  My goal is 170 so we'll see how much longer it takes.

The new year has been very good to me so far.... knock on wood :-)

 I should be totally happy after being voted in as 2010 team captain and winning "Most Feared" player for 2009.  But the whole thing is overshadowed by losing my grandma this week.  Although I know her passing was for the better, I'm going to miss her and I'm glad that she isnt suffering or in anymore pain.  I didnt come to work yesterday because I was afraid I would flash on a customer who copped an attitude (which is a daily occurence), so I came back today.... Can't focus, can't concentrate, can't shake this shitty feeling.  I thought I was doing better last night, but I just wanna go back to bed today....

For the first time in 12 years I'm under 200 lbs..... Goal #1 reached!

So last night was the big game that I have been training for since my surgery.  It was my first game back with my team and it was fan-freakin-tastic.  My team played as one unit and we won 155-105.  It was an awesome way to end the year.  I played practically every other jam (and thats a lot of play time!) and felt great.  My endurance was up and I was aggressive as hell.  The funniest part was standing on the pivot line waiting for the jam to start and as I look on turn two, I see a guy that I dated before my RNY sitting in the front row with his girlfriend.  It was kinda hilarious.
