Andrew Hajduczek

"the first day I met my surgeon I thought he was so very soft spoken, but genuinely interested in me and my weight issues. I have begun to think of him as my savior over the pas 5 months since my surgery. If I hadn't done the foot work to find him I would still be miserable, ill and unhappy. The office staff has always been right on top of everything I need and any questions I might have. there is nothing that I can complain about with any of them. Dr, Hajduczek will give you the best care possible as will his staff and the hospital Chapman Medical. the after care has been the best you could ever ask for and that was real important to me. They have a facility in Orange that has meetings once a week and you get a lot of helpful information from it. I was made quite aware of any risks or problems that could result from my surgery, but also all the positive benefits. And the material books and education has been a most helpful tool in the process. I would rate him as one of the best of the best. I feel that all aspects of a phycians duties including bedside manner are very important for patients to feel at ease."

Chapman Medical Center (COE)

"Very clean and quiet. Admissions was great and even the cafeteria staff. It's a small facility but the really honor their Mission Statement."
