Wow, It's been a minute....

So much to talk about, so little space. As of today, My total loss since lap band surgery is 44.5 pounds. I'm very excited about that considering I was on vacation for 11 days the week before last. We vacationed in the mountains and something about the altitude wouldn't allow me to eat solid foods until we drove down to the restaurants. It took me 3 days to figure it out. I was scheduled for a fill this week but I rescheduled until next month. I am fine with my restriction and my loss. I know I would be in onederland if it weren't for my vacation and this sweltering heat. My everyday jogging routine has come to a screeching halt. The bright side of it is I am still losing. It's okay to take a break sometimes. Last week I went to Kohl's and purchased a dress in a medium. It fit GOOD! Every brand is cut different, I am feeling this brand. Every day is a learning experience for my band and I. Patience, patience, patience. I feel myself rambling so I'm going to end with my weight, 201.5. Up next, the 6 month update.
