1 Pound Please!

So I'm at 220.2. My goal for the month of June was to get under 220 and I'm still wrestling with the scale. Not to mention the fact that I have discovered that *every* time I ovulate and start my period (so twice a month) I gain 2 pounds until that cycle sect is over and then it's gone. So I really only have a good 2 weeks of productive weight loss before my body just stops due to the lovely Mother Nature. My goal for the summer was to be at 200 by Labor Day and it sadly seems I'm further away from that goal :(

I'm wondering if I should be eating more calories at 9 months post op or I've eating too much or working out too much or not enough. I thought I'd have this figured out by now!
