It's been 6 years today! 1/22/07 - 1/22/2013! I've made it 6 years. Pre op weight 267 (highest weight 285), today I'm 162. I'm down 105 from pre-op and 123 from highest weight! I'm patting myself on the back as I type this! Way to go Laura, I'm so proud of you!

It's been almost 6 years now! I'm roughly 165-168! Still 100 pounds down. Last November, I had a torsoplasty and bilateral arm tuck and I've never been so happy in my life! I'm so thankful for everything that has happened to me. I'm so happy with myself and am very thankful that this surgery was a success for me! I feel very blessed!

A few wow moments! First, I finished the TC 10k in 1hr and 13 min. Best time ever. (6.4 miles) the second.....I had a torsoplasty and arm tuck done this past Monday. I feel amazing....other then a little pain from the surgery. 

I'm ready...as ready as ever for the 10K on Saturday! 

9/24 - 180 Happy Monday. 42 days & counting. Stay strong, stay focused. you can do this.

9/25 - 180 Happy Tuesday. Stay strong. Stay focused. Tomorrow apt with urology for pain, 41 days and counting. Keep self control. You can do this.

9/26 - 180 Happy Wednesday. 40 days and counting. Stay Focused, fresh day, fresh start. Keep your eye on the goal. 9:00 apt with urology. Off you go! 

soooo excited! I'm just so excited. 11/5 - LBL! :) 

10K run, on 10/6 - 2nd 10K run I've done, last one in 2010. Done at least a 5K since 2007! Things are looking up. As I read through the old posts, I see that my "thought process" has completly changed. I used to be so negative about everything, hated everything, and everyone. Didn't want to go on, didn't love myself. I've since changed, and now have happy thoughts, about everyone and myself (especially myself). What a dramatic change, I'm so happy for myself.

So excited, my LBL - lower body lift and arm tuck is scheduled for 11/5/2012!!!!!!! 

 I have an apt scheduled 9/11 for plastic surgery. Looking to get a Lower body lift and an arm tuck. Wish me luck!

I am 5 years out and staying strong. 174......and dropping a few here and there. My start weight 267 and highest weight 280+! Its amazing and I would not change what I did for anything! God bless to all! Hugs!

Ok...so technically my three year is in January however my three year appt was this past Monday. I'm doing wonderful according to the nurse. I'm still above the "average" weight loss that the doctor projected I'd have! Yeah Me!
