Still not in the 210s.

I have been hanging out here in the 222-223s for a while now. I think this is going to be a pattern of lose 5 lbs and plateau after every fill. Still, it does fill good to be in the 220s after years in the 250s so I can't complain much. I need to pay more attention to what I am putting in, but things are going good. I can truly say now, I love my band!
