208! I can't believe this is really working!

Okay. I go back and forth between thinking I am still super fat and thinking that I am super sexy now that I have had the surgery. It has been a rollercoaster of emotions for sure, but the numbers don't lie. 208 this morning! I have lost 47.5 pounds as of today. I have NEVER lost this much weight, EVER! I can't believe this is working for me! In a year since I had been planning for the surgery and changing eating habits, I have seen so much difference in how I think about food and portion size and hunger! It is amazing and I am so happy that this is working for me and that I am going to have a tool to help the weight stay gone this time!
