6 mos post op check

Hi guys, haven't been on for a while. Sorry.  I am doing really good I weighed in at 184!! Thats 70 pounds total in 6 months. I feel great. It is really showing. I am now wearing anywhere from a size 14w or misses 16 jean depending on the style and size xlarge tops!!! It is just amazing. I really can't believe it!  I am hoping to be down to 150 by Nov 16 that will be my one year anniversary. It will be okay if I'm not but that is the goal right now.  I have been able to up my walking to 2 miles every night after work and then at least 3 miles a day on days I don't work.  I am also taking a dance class and that is helping with toning too!! Am loving my new life.
