ADVERSITY !!!!

It has been a very trying 4 weeks. My father moved back into my home and brought his puppy with him.Work has been horrible and extremely stressful. Turning this mess into a positive has been the most frustrating thing. Thank goodness my father is diabetic because this really does help keep me on track food wise. The puppy makes me walk even more because I am house training her. My committment to my exercise and weight loss is stronger now than ever before.If you ever doubt your committment take a walk, talk to yourself and answer yourself.........post your questions here and listen. There are as many opinions here as there are questions but sample the flavors of knowledge.........
Today started out great with my prayers and walk........
Thank you Lord for the strength you give me everday to succeed.
