Thanksgiving !!!!!

I was so thankful for so much this holiday and with Christmas coming in 10 days I know that the strength I have been gifted will follow me through this holiday also.I made it to the 160's and cried. I have not been this weight since the early 1980's. I am fitting in to size 14 pants now and my sister gave me her bathing suit and it is a size 14.......
The only thing that keeps rolling around in my head is a song....... "Oh the Lord is good to me...and so I thank the Lord....for giving me the things I need the sun and the moon and the apple tree ...oh the Lord is good to me....."
I have to say He is truly good to us all. I just made another order to Unjury for my protein shakes.....yummy stuff....to be sure.
Tomorrow I see dear Dr Weiger and hopefully he will be pleased with my progress. I think am ahead of their schedule but I will see when he talks to me.....
I have not heard from too many people on my friends' list lately so I am hoping this will pull you out to post to me and let me know how you are doing.....
I pray everyday for each of you........
