Help! I've gained 8 pounds back.

Went to the doctor on Tuesday.  I have gain 8 pounds since August.  He read me the right act.  Which I have gotten in to some old habit.  I need to break them before it gets out of hand.   I have come so far.  I don't want to go back.  Any encourgement would be welcomed.  I started back on the basics today.
