Great news last night. Another reason to have WLS, my son call and told us we are going to be grandparents again! We have one grand daughter just about 7 months old and another on the way. I know this does not have anything to do with this place but like I siad it is a great motivator.

I just wanted to say GOOD LUCK on your surgery. Take a deep breath, try to relax. Know that we all care about you and are wishing you the best. Think positive, it really does help. After surgery, remember to turn, cough, take deep breaths, and walk to prevent complications. Hold your incision when you cough, it helps it hurt less. Keep your profile updated, it may make a difference in the live of someone else. Smile, keep your chin up! And lastly, if your chin does fall, just remember, from this position it is easier to moon people! :) (Also, humor helps too!)

8/9/03 I am trying to get everything done since I will be laid up for a while. At the office and home. I am just about at the end of a remodling my living room. The best part is it was a good excuse to buy a new home theater system. I just finished setting that up tonight. Man is sounds great and I will be able to watch DVDs in style after surgery. I am counting the days until the 18th. It just can't get here soon enough. I would like to thank everyone for their well wishes and prayers. Oh well better get to bed.

Keith, I will be sending prays to you for a speedy recovery. May you have an eventful life after the surgery. I am sitting patiently waiting foe my day. Wish it could be sooner, but the surgery schedule is so full. The only way I could get in sooner is if someone cancells. I will be alright. My August is filled with many family outings. Take care and prays are with you. Not just from me, but from my whole support group at home. I keep adding more and names to the list. ((((((24/7))))))

Keith, Best Wishes for your WLS! From fellow Dr. Naziri patient, Michelle! I'm so happy for you! To know the joy of getting approved is so great! I was denied by Cigna for over a month before I just found out this afternoon that they had approved it! I hope to hear great updates on you soon! - Michelle
