Asperteme poisoning,,yep I have it!

I was digging the new Crystal Light energy drink until I started gaining weight, I blew up and my face is huge!I thought I was allergic but after talking to the doc it is Asperteme piosoning. And all I can do is drink more water and add more exercise to my day. So now I walk the mall twice a day. That's fine but the swelling is soemthing else. I put on 10 lbs of water weight and most of it is in my face and legs!
I will be reading labels beter in the future!
