New Workout

Hey Everyone Happy New Year and all that. So I have 20 pounds to lose and then I will be at 150.....So I started a new workout. Have to do this exact workout 3 to 4 times a week and I can do anything else on the other days. So here it is:

Treadmill:  Level 4 Speed 3.0 30 min  
Abs:  5 exercises  2 Full Sets (do in order and then again)
1.  Crunches  25
2.   Leg Lifts 25
3.   Oblique's  Right then Left  25
4.  Plank  goal 30 sec
5.   Front bend over  12  

Weights:  Arms--4 exercises  2 Full Sets (do in order and then again)
1.  Bicep Curl - 12
2.  Triceps overhead - 12
3. Side Laterals - 12
4. Front Laterals - 12

This is Feb workout plan I will post March's plan later. So How are all of you? I am just trying to get away from 170 been here for a year it is time to go down some more now. Hopefully this new workout will do the treat.
