Another one bites the dust

Whoohoo another lb down... my goal was 3lbs for the week so I have made it.... now to keep active to hit another goal... in 18 days I have speaking engagement and I want to be at 275 by then and that is 18 lbs that I have to lose... if I stick to my current activities I will be right on track but I have to stay focused... and get other things in place like getting my hair and nails done and let's not forget to find something nice to wear... think I am going to wait until the 10th to get the outfit ... so many things to do that can distract me but it's cool we are laser focused now... I have a goal of losing 97 lbs by my bithday 2/16 so that way I can at least be at 200 lbs by then... don't want to turn 55 at this weight and have all of these medical issues. I also have 5 websites to build... and all in one system and another coaching program... time to get back to it... I will let you guys know what the doctor says today about these HBP pills and everything as well... hope you guys have a productive Tuesday....
