Ounces count too

2 more ounces gone... and I am so happy to see them go too... I know people tell you to stay off the scale but the scale helps me to see what is going on... As long as I am going down I don't care if it is one ounce I see the weight leaving... when I first had my operation ... I went up...my doctore told me it is normal and it was mostly water and it would come off.... but I was upset cause that was not what I was exepecting and that is what started this getting on the scale everyday to see if the weight was coming off and now I like doing it... Its a help for me ... the reason for me to talk about this is I had to find my way of changing my life and so do you ... everyone's journey is different as we all are different people with our own mindsets so keep going the weight will come off ...
