198 Again

I got back up after my first time under 200 to around 207...now in about a month I have lost about 8 lbs...I am pretty happy with that...

the icing on the cake was actually facing the "eating over stress" issue and conquering it for  the first time ever....last night...

I actually put the food back I had taken out and said no...food is no real comfort....

now that is something to celebrate...
