Well OH fam I've been in a dreadful 2 1/2 month stall and I decided to look at myself and makes some changes so I have officially cut out the
COOKS CHAMPAGNE MIMOSAS , and I lost 4 lbs last week, so that has motivated me to cut out more bad things I've picked up, I have set myself a goal of 10 lbs by June 1st so imma weigh myself once on may 1st and then again June 1st, wish me luck, hugs and kisses til next month!

   I hope all is well with all of you as for me I have been on a 60 day stand still. floating between 172-175 lbs it sucks I really need 20 more pounds off ,I look good in my clothes but I'm a 12 and I want to be a 9/10 I've been in the gym lately 4 days a week so imma keep on working at it !

Wow OH fam I cant believe that it's really been 6 months, this journey has been so awesome! I had my 1st wow moment when visited my in laws for thanksgiving and they all were so impressed with my appearance that was a classic moment for me. Well I'm a size 13 in jeans and pants, my top as regular large and my shoe size went from a 9 to a 8, I see you all next year!  Have a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!

Hey OH family it's been a month since we've spoken and hope all is well with all of you, as for me I have been enjoying this transformation everyday of it and with much expectations of what it has in store for me. Well I've given away half the clothes in my closet, including all of my size 9 shoes, and bought 8 and 81/2's which is a trip. I am in a size 14 top XL and a 16 in jeans and a 1X in a dressI am just trippin over here and can't believe I had an extra 55 lbs on my body, well I have posted new pic as I promised C-U next month smooches and God Bless
