May 20, 2010 Haven't been to a support group in a long while, it was great. Lots of great people there, learned so much about other's experiences. The group started out tonite about drinking water and to remember to stay hydrated. And the rule for after surgery is stop drinking 15 mins before we eat and to wait 30 mins after to have a drink.
