Congratulations on taking this step to gain back control of your life. I go for the surgery on the 20th of this month. I was going to go to Albany Med, but I was afraid if something went wrong at home, the ambulance would not take me there and I would have to find a new doctor. I ended up going to columbia greene, a little closer to home. I heard Rosetti was real good. I hope your surgery is free of complications and you loose all the weight you want to. Hi Kelly, Just read your post about wanting to know what "XX and a wake up" means and the best way I can explain it is, people rather say "3 days and a wake up" instead of 4 days. I guess they're not counting that last day since that's the actual day they're in surgery and it just seems shorter that way. Hope this helps! And don't be discouraged if sometimes you get no answers on here' There are so many of us and we tend to think someone else will pick up the slack. God Bless you in your weight loss endeavors. Kelly, best of luck on the 21st!!!! May God be with you every step of the way!!! We have a skiing trip to attend next winter!!! Watch out Vermont here we come!!!
