Don't forget to make your small goals and victories on here and post them. Even if they small 3 lb weight loss goals thats a goal cause you got rid of that and you will never see it on your body again. I noticed this one. Congrats for making your PCP appointment. Keep up the work and keep on moving towards your goal. I wish I would have thought about my goals sooner cause I would have posted them too. You got this!
