Mini Goal Set
Jul 29, 2008It's currently my TOM so I'm at 234 again (I had dropped to 232.) That's okay because I know I'm registering some water weight. My mini goal is to be 229 soon because that'll be lower than my lowest adult weight which was 230. I remember being 230 because I'd just had my tonsils taken out and I was only eating one baked potato a day and I'd done that for about 2.5 weeks. I dropped a little over 15 lbs that way. Seeing 220-anything will be a blessing for me. It'll mean that 200 ain't that far away! That'll be the day. One thing that I can see myself doing is rewarding myself. I've ALWAYS done this and it sabotages my loss EVERY time. I'll think that since I've done so well then I can eat some of this or have something that I wouldn't normally allow myself to have. I'm going to really try to be on myself about that. If I do reward myself then I'll make a better choice about it. So today I want to say GOODBYE to the 230's (although I'm not officially there yet) and HELLO 220's. This will help me envision actually being there. Yea it sounds silly but it'll work... watch.
