Where to start i never made it to 170 but got to 175 im going to add pics. my family is tripping on me because i gained 20 punds and just lost 10 trying to get back to 175. they are freaking out saying not to do it because at my height 5'11 they said i looked like a  dang on crack head lmao. got to love family right lol anyway with or with out their support im getting back down to 175-170 and plan on the rest of my life doing what i have to so this surgery will not be in vain. i never ever want to hit 200 or over again. i thinki look pretty good for a 43 yr old with a 20 and 18 yr old daughters and 12 yr old son and my 1st grandboy on the way.well i plan on coming back in here more and more to get help to stay on track and get this last 10 pounds back off. o and the pics i added in the red top are me at 175 please write and tell me what u think my family right or not lol.
