02/17/09Breakfast - 1 c skim milk mixed with espresso and some SF hazelnut creamer, 1/4 c. dry honey nut cheerios
Mid morning - protein smoothie (blueberries, strawberries, nonfat yogurt, oj, protein powder)
Late Lunch - 3/4 c. homeade chili
32 ounces of unsweetened iced tea
I've decided to start keeping a food log to help keep myself accountable. I used to log on spark people but no one sees it and really it's only as good as what you put into it. If you see me straying, call me on it! Thanks!
