I am just starting out on my WLS journey. I have a cousin who had her RNY done at Stanford and went from 450 to 290 in the last 4 months. I love having her as a supporter and want to continue to build my support network. I have struggled with my weight since I was 9 years old. I went to my first weight watchers meeting at 10!! I had two major weight losses through strict dieting and exercise. At 19 I went from 260 to 190 and regained the weight back to 297 around age 23. My recent weight loss was from 297 to 247. I have been able to keep 37 lbs off since the latest weight loss for over a year or two which is great but scarey as the lbs tend to creep back slowly.

I see WLS as a long-term solution as long as I stick with the plan.

I am a law student and work full time! My life is hectic but I hope WLS will add balance to my life.

Please feel free to buddy with me or contact me!
