I am offically banded!

Surgery went well yesterday.  I checked in at 5:30 and was out o there by 10:30.  The left side of my stomach hurts really bad to move and get up and out of bed.  Hopefully that will get easier soon.  I have been sipping on my water and trying to get up and walk around and much as possible.  I have my  GasX strips ready to use if needed, but so far so good.  I have a feeling today is going to be a hard day.  I can't seem to get comfortable at all and I am really hurting today.  I am trying to not take the pain meds but I think they will end up being my best friend today.  I can't believe I am finally banded!  I am finally here and now on the road to recovery!
