The consultation

My consultation went well.  It was just over 3 hours, plus the time it took to wait for and get the abdominal ultrasound.  It was nice to get the consult with the doc and his nurse practitioner, the US, visits with the dietitian and therapist done all at the same time.

My pre-op appointment is December 2nd and my surgery date is set at December 14th.  The front office staff is putting in the authorization request to Medicaid today or tomorrow.  I am amazed at how fast this is going!
