Pre-op diet starts tomorrow!

Well, it's my last day before my pre-op diet starts and I can't figure out what to have for my "last supper". Got a few hours to decide.

I am 48 years old and have been overweight since about 5 yrs old. I've tried to battle it all my life, reached lifetime in WW and would usually be successful only to gain it back. I'm so hoping this will end my yo-yo dieting. I've always been active whether it be at my heaviest or at lower weights and up until the last year my weight hasn't had any affect on me but it seems like this past year, things have started to go downhill, knee pain, high cholesterol, asthma and I just feel like it's going to keep getting worse unless I do something so RNY is my decision.
