Hi Cinda. Be gentle with yourself, think of how gently God cradles us in His hands. I appreciate the Anniversary work that you are doing and encourage you to keep up with it. Only 7 more months and I look forward to a message from you!Hugs and Love to You!!

Cinda ~ you keep doing what your doing...it's a great thing. Just keep in mind that in every group, there HAS to be some of the 'not so optimal' kinds...they were put here on earth to give us challenges in life and to help us realize when we've come across the opposite - a person of genuine care and sincerity who recognizes when another person is simply doing their best to make another person feel good or leave with a smile. Your a good person, Cinda - don't ever allow anyone to try and convince you otherwise. What goes around - comes around. () : )

Cinda, You are doing an awesome job sending notes to people on their surgery anniversary dates. Don't let anybody get you down! Thanks for all you do! Fay

It is important for our mental health and self esteem not to focus on the one out of 1,000 mispostings, 1 in 1,000 people who criticize us. Just focus on your good intentions. Remind the family that replies, to post on the memorial page so we can all honor their loved one.

I would really appreciate it if you could all lift up my friend, Cinda, in your thoughts and prayers. Cinda is part of the anniversary team and sends out hundreds of messages each week to help lift up others on this site. Quite often we get messages telling us that we are the only ones who remembered their special day or understood its significance. Yesterday, a well meaning person sent Cinda a note telling her she'd inadvertently posted to a couple of surgery pages of deceased members and to "be careful". This happens on occasion because we either miss the indications or there is no indication. Each time this happens Cinda feels awful and beats herself up over it. Knowing personally all the hope that each of us place in this surgery, every loss affects us deeply. Cinda is a big hearted, beautiful and caring person who would never purposely hurt anyone. Please send her a message of support to help her through this difficult time!

Cinda, I would have to say that the good you do posting congrats and blessings and such, far outweighs the moments of pain that your wish MIGHT bring to a person or two. Please don't stop posting. Simply apologize and move on. I would say that the family should contact the AMOS group and let them know to pull a profile or move it to the memorials (although I love your idea as well). Just another task we perform for our passed loved ones (like posting in the newspaper). Hard but necessary. Keep up the good work hun!
