Well I have to loose about 5 lbs before my pre-op visit which should be okay considering I have to have my clearances done by that time. My psychologial evaluation is on March 14th and my next appt with my PCP is scheduled for April 8th. I pray that everything goes well and my surgery is within 60 days. This diet is hard when I can't have any starchy foods or sweets. I guess I just have to get use to that. Everything will be okay and I will be able to loose this weight.
